Yesterday we asked: what do you keep hidden? And who gets to see the real version?

The most chosen answer, by 29%, was this: my sensitivity. How much things actually affect me. How deeply I feel things I pretend to take lightly.

One of you wrote: "I come across as a strong woman coping with what has been dealt. But deep down I am crumbling. I am very good at wearing the mask. When I do reveal my sensitivity it is hard for people to handle, because that is not the version they are used to."

Another wrote with such hard-won wisdom: "I have felt like too much since I was ten. Now that I am older I allow my strangeness to come out more. If they do not like it, that is on them, not me."

One of you wrote something quietly devastating: "I suppress my unique creativity after being repeatedly told that art was for hippies and bums."

That last one is why we are here today.

Your higher self knows. Even when you have forgotten.

Today we ask her.

Close your eyes.

Imagine the most elevated, most at-peace version of yourself standing in front of you.

She is not striving. She is not performing.

She is simply herself, completely.

Look at her for ten seconds.

Then ask: what do you want me to know?
