For most of my life I treated my anger like a guest I was embarrassed by.

Showed it to the back room. Kept it quiet. Apologized for it when it got out.

Then one day I actually listened to what it was saying.

And realized it had been trying to introduce me to myself the whole time.

Today we listen to what makes you angry. Because your anger, properly understood, is one of the most accurate maps to your values that exists.

Membership portal onboarding — Day 2 update! 🎉

Hey everyone — quick update on our portal rollout! We're now on day two of adding members in batches, and things are moving along nicely.

A big thank you to everyone who's purchased the membership! If you've already received your invite, welcome aboard! If you haven't yet, don't worry — you're likely in one of the remaining batches and should see it land in your inbox very soon.

We're aiming to have everyone fully onboarded by Thursday at the latest. Thanks so much for your patience!

START HERE: TODAY’S 10-SECOND MIRACLE

Stand up.

Take one deep breath.

Then exhale as loudly as you possibly can.

Let it be undignified. Let it be too much.

Notice what comes out with it.

That release is what your anger has been waiting for.

PAUSE. BREATHE. WRITE.

Quick and Dirty, 3 minutes: Complete this sentence: "The things that make me most angry are..." Write fast. Write everything. Do not moderate.

Go Deeper, 5 to 8 minutes: Look at what you wrote. What values are underneath each item? Injustice makes you angry because you value fairness. Dishonesty makes you angry because you value truth. People being dismissed makes you angry because you value dignity. Your anger is not random. It is organized around something. What is it organized around? That thing is a significant piece of who you actually are.

TINY RITUAL: THE LION BREATH

Sit comfortably. Close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through your nose.

Then open your mouth wide, stick out your tongue, and exhale with a loud ha sound from the back of your throat.

Do this five times.

This is an ancient pranayama practice called Simhasana, Lion's Breath, used for thousands of years to release what has been held in the throat and chest. The ancient yogis understood that unexpressed emotion lives in the body as tension, and that the breath, made physical and loud and deliberate, is one of the most powerful tools available for moving that energy through and out.

Notice what shifts in your body when the anger finally has a physical way out.

The anger has delivered its message. Now it can move.

DAILY COSMIC WEATHER REPORT

What the sky’s doing whilst we move about below

The Moon is waning in Capricorn today, quiet and inward after last week's Full Moon. A waning Moon invites release and reflection. It is the sky asking: what have you learned? What are you ready to let go of? For a day about listening to the honest voice of your anger, a quieting Moon in Capricorn is the right backdrop. It asks for stillness and truth rather than performance.

Jupiter in Leo, just two days into its new home, is already expanding the energy of authentic self-expression and the courage to be seen. Leo is the sign of the lion, and the lion does not suppress what it feels. It expresses fully and without apology. Jupiter in Leo is asking: what would you say if you stopped managing your responses for other people's comfort?

Mercury retrograde in Cancer continues to turn communication inward. What has your heart been angry about that your polished self has been managing? Today is a good day to let that voice speak.

What this means for today: the sky is creating the conditions for honesty. Let your anger be heard. It has something important to say.

CRYSTAL OF THE DAY

Tiger's Eye is the stone of personal power, courage, and seeing clearly.

Its warm golden-brown bands carry the energy of the lion and the hawk combined. The grounded confidence of an animal that knows its own strength. The sharp, clear vision of something that sees without flinching. Tiger's Eye is associated with the courage to look at difficult truths, to stand in your own power, and to act from conviction rather than fear.

For a day about listening honestly to your anger and what it is pointing at, Tiger's Eye is the perfect companion. It will help you see clearly without softening what you find. It will help you hold what you discover with strength rather than shame.

Try this: hold Tiger's Eye and ask yourself: what am I angry about that I have been pretending not to be? What value is underneath that anger?

Reach for it when:

  • you need the courage to look at something honestly

  • you want to act from conviction rather than performance

  • you are standing for something that matters and need grounded strength to hold it

  • you simply need to feel the clarity and power of someone who knows exactly what they stand for.

SACRED CIRCLE REFLECTION

PAUSE. BREATHE. WRITE

3-8 minutes to stretch your view

Quick & Dirty (3 min): Write down something you wish you could change right now.

Go Deeper (5–8 min): Write about one potential upside to it staying exactly the same.

TODAY’S AFFIRMATION

Let it land when you’re ready.

🌙 Day 3 Challenge — THE CHANNEL

Today, take the energy of your anger and put it into something physical.

Run. Lift. Dance. Dig in a garden. Rearrange something heavy.

Let the anger move through your body and out into the world as energy rather than holding it as tension.

Notice what clarity is waiting on the other side.

Tomorrow we look at what you keep hidden. The parts of yourself you edit out in rooms. The opinions you swallow. The personality you tone down. Because what you hide is often the truest thing about you. Come back for it.

DAILY GRATITUDE MOMENT

Today, be grateful for your anger.

Not the destructive kind. The clarifying kind. The kind that knows when something important is being violated and refuses to pretend otherwise.

Your anger has been protecting your values for your whole life.

Today you finally thank it for that.

CLOSING BLESSING

"Speak your mind even if your voice shakes."

— Maggie Kuhn

May you listen to your anger today without apologizing for it.

May you hear what it has been trying to tell you, about what you value, what you will not compromise, what matters enough to make you feel the heat of genuine conviction.

May you discover that your anger was never the problem.

The silence was.

And may you find, underneath every piece of anger you have been managing down to something more acceptable, a value that is entirely, unmistakably yours.

That value is a piece of who you are.

Today you finally hear it.

MEME OF THE DAY

P.S. We made this because most spiritual content made us feel like there was something wrong with us for being tired, messy, or not “high-vibe” enough. If this made you feel a little more human today, that's all we wanted.
