The most powerful thing I ever did was stop trying to be impressive.
And start trying to be true.
Everything changed after that.
Today we talk about leading from within. The kind of power that does not perform. The kind that simply is.

🌙 Day 4 Challenge — THE TRUTH
Next week, this price disappears forever.
Here's the truth, plainly: we open to the public next week, and these are the last founding spots before we do. The moment they're gone, the price doubles — and it never comes back down. Not at launch. Not in a year. Not when the app ships and there are 50,000 women inside. The number you can lock in today is the lowest The Sacred Circle will ever be, and you can only reach it from where you're standing right now.
Think about where you'll be next week either way. Either you're inside — already in the morning rituals, already held by the circle, already one of the first 1,000 — at half of what everyone after you will pay. Or you're reading the launch announcement, watching the full price go up, knowing the window was open and you let it pass.
There's no wrong choice here. There's only a closing one.
Founding members lock in 50% off for as long as they stay, a permanent founder's place among the first 1,000, and a real voice in what we build next. After this week, every one of those is gone for good.
P.S. Joining now helps support our small team — and funds everything we're building for you: the next practice, the next teacher, and the free newsletter that stays free for everyone who can't yet join. This is the lowest the circle will ever be, and you'd be getting in right before the doors close.
FROM THE SACRED CIRCLE
Yesterday we asked: what does treating your body as sacred look like for you?
The most chosen answer, by 34%, was this: listening to what it tells me rather than overriding it.
One of you wrote something that made us smile: "Dancing more often."
Another wrote: "All of this. Completely need to rewire my brain and how I feel about, say about, and treat my body."
That honesty is exactly where change begins.
Today's question is: where in your life are you performing rather than leading? And what would shift if you led from the inside out instead?
START HERE: TODAY’S 10-SECOND MIRACLE

Sit tall.
Feel your feet on the floor.
Take one slow breath and let your shoulders drop.
Notice the difference between performing composure and actually feeling rooted.
That rootedness is where leadership begins.
WAIT, WHAT? SCIENCE SAYS
Organizational psychologist Adam Grant's research on what he calls powerless communication found that asking questions, expressing vulnerability, and seeking advice rather than projecting authority consistently builds more trust and influence than dominant, assertive communication styles.
Dr. Brené Brown's research on daring leadership found that the leaders people follow most deeply are those who lead with vulnerability and authenticity rather than armor and performance. Her research found that the willingness to be seen, genuinely and without pretense, is one of the most significant predictors of trust.
And social psychologist Amy Cuddy's research found that warmth, not competence, is the primary quality people assess first in any leader or person of influence. People decide whether to trust you before they decide whether to respect you.
The takeaway: the most effective leadership does not come from performing strength. It comes from being genuinely rooted in yourself. Present, honest, and human.
PAUSE. BREATHE. WRITE.
Quick and Dirty, 3 minutes: Complete this sentence: "When I am leading from my truest self, I feel..." Let the first honest answer come.
Go Deeper, 5 to 8 minutes: Where are you performing a version of yourself rather than living from your actual center? In your work. In your relationships. In how you show up in rooms. What would it look and feel like to lead from within in those places? What would you stop doing? What would you start saying? And what is the fear underneath the performance?
TINY RITUAL: THE ROOT AND RISE
What you need: A quiet moment. Five minutes. Bare feet if you can.
What you do:
Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Close your eyes. Take three slow breaths and feel the ground beneath your feet.
Then say these words out loud, slowly and with intention:
I am rooted in who I am. My power comes from my center, not from my performance. I lead with presence. I influence through truth. What I have to offer the world is not a role. It is myself.
Stand in silence for one full minute after.
The effect:
Notice the difference between that declaration and the performed version of yourself.
That gap is where the work lives. And today you just closed it a little.
DAILY COSMIC WEATHER REPORT

Above and within, a gentle rhythm
The Moon is in Leo today, warm, radiant, and fully inhabiting itself. Leo does not apologize for its presence. It does not shrink to make others comfortable. It leads by being unapologetically, generously, completely itself. For a day about leading from within, the Moon in Leo is the perfect mirror. It asks you to do the same.
Venus in Leo continues to bring warmth, creative confidence, and the kind of magnetic presence that comes from being genuinely alive inside your own life. Venus in Leo is not performing beauty. It is embodying it.
Mercury in Cancer continues to guide communication through the heart. The most powerful thing you can say today is the most honest thing.
What this means for today: the sky is asking you to take up the space you actually deserve. Lead from that place. Watch what happens.
CRYSTAL OF THE DAY

Garnet is the stone of inner fire, personal power, and leading from strength.
Its deep red carries the energy of the root chakra, of groundedness, of the kind of power that does not need external validation because it rises from within. Garnet is associated with courage, commitment, and the confident expression of who you actually are. It is the stone for the person who is ready to stop performing and start inhabiting.
Garnet does not make you louder. It makes you more yourself. And that, it turns out, is the most powerful thing of all.
Try this: hold Garnet and ask yourself: what would I do or say right now if I were leading from my truest self?
Reach for it when:
you are about to perform rather than lead
you need a reminder of your own inner strength
you want to speak or act from your center rather than from fear
you simply need to feel the fire that has always been yours.
SACRED CIRCLE REFLECTION
Where does your truest leadership show up?
- In how I hold space for people. My presence is the leadership
- In how I tell the truth even when it is uncomfortable.
- In how I make decisions from my values rather than from fear.
- In how I stay rooted when everything around me is uncertain.
- In how I love. Fully, honestly, without performing.
- Something else entirely — tell me in the replies
TODAY’S AFFIRMATION
Let it land, let it go, trust it’ll return when it matters.

🌙 Day 4 Challenge — THE TRUTH
Today, say one true thing you would normally soften, perform around, or leave unsaid.
To someone safe. In a low-stakes moment. Just once.
Notice how it feels to let something real into the room.
DAILY GRATITUDE MOMENT
Today, be grateful for a moment when you led from your truest self.
When you said the honest thing. When you showed up without armor. When you made a decision from your values rather than from the need to be seen in a certain way.
It may have felt vulnerable at the time.
It was also the most powerful thing you did that day.
CLOSING BLESSING
"The most common form of despair is not being who you are."
— Søren Kierkegaard
May you stop performing yourself and start inhabiting yourself.
May you discover that the version of you that is most trusted, most followed, most genuinely influential is not the polished one.
It is the real one.
The one who shows up without armor. Who speaks without needing to impress. Who leads simply by being so rooted in herself that everyone around her feels safe enough to be real too.
That is soft power.
And it has been yours all along.
MEME OF THE DAY

P.S. We made this because most spiritual content made us feel like there was something wrong with us for being tired, messy, or not “high-vibe” enough. If this made you feel a little more human today, that's all we wanted.
💌 Pass it on
